Martin joined FI as Chairman in 2017 after leaving his role of CEO at BPP Professional Qualifications.  Martin is passionate about supporting FI’s growth by ensuring we provide a first-class experience for students and clients.

Ginny qualified with EY. She was a tutor and director at BPP Luton before being the FD for Luton Town FC. Ginny joined FI in 2012, initially as a tutor, before becoming our MD in 2017.

Pete qualified with the National Audit Office and also worked at UBS Investment Bank, before joining FI in 2014. Pete teaches financial management, management accounting and tax.

Tim is one of the founders of FI and teaches management accounting and financial management. Tim qualified with Deloitte, moved into industry and then joined BPP Reading, initially as a tutor before becoming MD.

Hazel joined First Intuition in May 2018 bringing over 15 years industry experience to FI. Hazel previously worked at BPP and now oversees the FI client service team making sure that every client is supported at every stage of their programme.

James joined FI in February 2018 and brings over 10 years of industry experience. His role focuses enhancing the online learning courses offered at FI.

Sue, who qualified at Arthur Anderson, brings more than 20 years of experience in professional education publishing, as well as experience at BPP and in the classroom as a tax tutor, to her role as Head of Publishing.

Since graduating from Cambridge, Jo has specialised in producing training materials at Pearson and BPP before becoming a founder member of the FI Publishing team in 2012.

Kim joined First Intuition in July 2018 with over 12 years of experience working in the education sector. Kim works within the apprenticeship team at FI focusing on our quality and compliance. Working with the rest of the FI team, Kim works to ensure that FI are always offering the best possible provision and continually improving on our delivery.

Mabel joined First Intuition in 2008 and works closely with our clients and apprentices to ensure they receive the support needed to complete their programmes successfully.

Rosie joined First Intuition in 2010 and completed a qualification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2014. Rosie manages our marketing activities including website development and content management, email marketing and digital campaigns.

Lizzie joined First Intuition in 2016 and is now a key part of our marketing team ensuring that our campaigns, social media and website are consistent with our values and culture.

Matt joined First Intuition in 2012 having gained a wealth of customer service experience in roles at BPP and BT. Matt manages our customer service team.

Leila (or Lee) joined FI in April 2018 as an Account Manager looking after a number of our key clients to ensure they receive great service and that FI deliver programmes their learners love.

Maciej joined FI in October 2018 as an Account Manager. Maciej brings 12 years of experience in further education having previously worked in various roles within the sector including apprenticeship manager and quality and compliance manager.

Charlotte joined FI in October 2019. Having worked in the industry for a number of years, at BPP and more recently at Moore Stephens then BDO, Charlotte has gained a wealth of experience in accountancy training and apprenticeships. She joins FI as an Account Manager and is looking forward to using her experience to help support clients and their students through their training.

Sarah qualified with a medium-sized city firm and joined FI in 2012. Sarah teaches business strategy, tax and management accounting, and a range of AAT subjects.

Sarah qualified with PwC and later joined BPP as a tutor. After a short career break to raise her young family Sarah joined FI in 2012. Sarah teaches audit and financial accounting.

Arti qualified with Grant Thornton as an auditor, before joining First Intuition in 2017. Arti teaches audit, financial accounting and financial reporting.

Vaneesha qualified with PwC as an auditor and went on to become a manager in their Learning and Development team. Vaneesha joined First Intuition in 2018.

Natasha (Tash) started her training career in audit, moving to tax after that. Qualifying at H W Fisher she then moved to KPMG, before discovering the joys of teaching at FI in 2017.

Christian qualified with Deloitte, leaving as an Audit Manager in 2010, and joining Kaplan as an ICAEW tutor. Having gained a broad understanding of the accountancy training industry, Christian joined FI in 2018 to support our growing business and continue his passion of teaching.

Sam qualified with and was a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG before joining FI in 2014. Sam teaches tax, business strategy, financial accounting and financial reporting.

Ravi qualified within industry whilst working for Alliance Boots within their Finance Graduate program. He gained a breadth of experience through his placements before becoming a tutor at Kaplan Financial where he stayed for 3 year. Ravi teaches Financial management, business strategy and financial reporting.

Sharmin joined FI in 2017 bring years of experience in the industry to her role. Sharmin assists with customer queries, order processing and provides support with credit control.

Eileen joined First Intuition in August 2017 having worked in professional education for over 30 years. Most of this time was at Kaplan where she orchestrated customer services and business support.

George graduated from Brunel University in 2014. Since then he has worked in Customer Services at different companies before bringing his experience to the First Intuition team.

Ana joined First Intuition in 2018 and has previous experience working in operations. Ana helps with customer queries, order processing and student feedback.

Irene joined First Intuition in 2018 as a Skills and Development Coach, bringing over 13 years’ experience to the role. Irene supports apprentices to complete their apprenticeship successfully.

Clive joined FI in March 2018, bringing almost 10 years of experience to the role. Responsible for all credit control, various reports as well as some aspects of purchase ledger. Currently studying ICAEW certificate level with FI.
