Tim has been one of the most significant figures on the East Anglian training scene for over 30 years. He spent 27 of those years directly responsible for delivering student education and client care in the Eastern region at another training provider before moving into a national role that took him away from the student, employer and colleague relationships that he loves. Tim is excited that his move to First Intuition will allow him to return to the local environment that has always been ‘home’ for him. Tim was President of the East Anglian Society of Chartered Accountants in 2009/10 and continues to take an active role in the society as City Head for Norwich and the locality.

Bianca joined First Intuition in March 2020, she has 13 years’ experience in customer services and administration. She worked in our Customer Services team for 18 months and has now joined the Client Team. She works closely with clients across Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge & Peterborough maintaining great working relationships.

Carol qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a medium sized practice. She worked as a Tax and Financial Accountant in the railway industry for ten years where she also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. She started teaching accounting in 2009 part time and loved it so much that eventually she had to give up the day job just to teach! Carol teaches Financial Reporting, Taxation and Management Accounting.

Harriet joined the First Intuition team in August 2021, having over 10 years of customer service experience. Harriet works with the administrator team for Cambridge, Peterborough, Ipswich and Norwich.
