Claire qualified with PwC before joining BPP in Reading in 2000. Claire was managing director of BPP’s Reading office before joining First Intuition. Claire teaches financial reporting, auditing and management accounting.

Matt qualified with KPMG before joining BPP in 1995. During his time with BPP he held a variety of positions including Managing Director of Southampton and Reading and, more recently, National Head of Corporate Solutions. Matt teaches financial reporting, tax and economics.

Ryan worked in an accountancy practice for 8 years before becoming a tutor at BPP in 2007. Ryan teaches financial reporting, auditing, risk, ethics and business strategy. Nominated for PQs Lecturer of the Year 2015!

Jo qualified as a solicitor before joining KPMG in 1994 where she completed the Chartered Tax qualification. She has 15 year’s experience working in practice at KPMG and Deloitte before joining First Intuition. Jo teaches tax, law, business strategy and management accounts.

John joined First Intuition from his role as an internal auditor and now teaches management accounting, economics and maths. John brings a wealth of real life experience and enthusiasm to the classroom.

Victoria has more than 10 years’ experience in the management sector. She looks after Quality and Compliance for our Apprenticeships programmes. When she’s not at work she can be found pampering her rescued cat, cooking or baking.

Ellie joined us in 2014 and is now the head of our commercial department. Ellie looks after our clients and makes sure they are supported at every stage during their programme with us. Ellie also uses her accountancy knowledge to look after some of the company finances.

Sam has a number of years experience in the compliance and apprenticeship industry. She makes our apprenticeship programme run smoothly as well as managing some of our skills coaches.

Becka works in our apprenticeship team. She is always available to help if you have questions about your course, before going home to her beloved dog Louie!

Alison brings a wealth of experience from her 13 years experience at BPP Reading. Alison is responsible for managing the office and can be easily recognised by her famous smile.

Rachel qualified with Windsor Accounting having studied at First Intuition. She teaches financial accounting, audit and law. When not teaching she busies herself planning for a wedding and baking amazing cakes.

Allie studied law with criminology before qualifying with a large investment company based in Newbury. She teaches management accounting, business strategy and finance bringing her range of experience into the classroom. She also won the British Championships as an ice-skater!

Joey joins us in 2017 following twenty years at Kaplan. She teaches tax, audit and accountancy as well as implementing our new school leaver programme helping students reach their full potential.

Charlotte joined the FI team after over 10 years teaching at Kaplan. She teaches a variety of subjects with a particular passion for financial management.

Steve qualified in practice before working in the accountancy software industry. He teaches strategy and management accounting.

Antonia qualified with Deloitte in 2005 and, following a brief spell working in industry, joined BPP as a lecturer in January 2007. Since then she has specialised in Financial Reporting. In 2011, she took a break from professional exam training to deliver internal and external CPD training within a large accountancy firm for their staff and clients. These were exciting times as this coincided with the launch of the new UK GAAP! She returned to professional exam training in 2016, joining the dynamic First Intuition team. She never grows tired of her subject or her students.

Aimee joined First Intuition with a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in the leadership and management field. She has worked in both private and voluntary sectors in management positions, and teaching. Aimee is developing and teaching our new leadership and management programmes.

Kerenza joined FI Reading in 2018 as part of the Skills Coach team. Kerenza now focuses her time between FI Reading and FI Southampton as a Lead Skills Coach. When she isn’t at work Kerenza likes to spend her time out in the countryside and training her dogs.

Iain joins us from BPP and brings his enormous talent and enthusiasm to our Apprenticeship programme, having previously managed the apprenticeship schemes for large and small clients alike. His passion for his work is clear and we are very excited to have him join the team.

James previously worked as an international training manager, arranging business skills and language courses for students in different countries across the globe. He has a passion for education and thrives on helping other people to develop themselves.

Saphire trained as a chef before joining FI. She had a number of years experience in the industry before heading into the education sector. Here she found her passion engaging and supporting students.

Tracey was a school teacher for 10 years before joining First Intuition. She is passionate about education and working with her apprentices. Tracey loves to travel and is always looking for the next place she can explore.

Elaine has a passion for education and helping her students. She loves meeting new people and trying our new activities.

Laura brings many years experience from a variety of roles with Financial Services, Insurance and Advertising. As a Skills and Development coach she supports the apprenticeship students at every step of their journey.
