Room Hire at First Intuition London
Locations: Our two First Intuition London centres are located in Fitzrovia and Drummond Street, in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter.

Classroom capacity: 35
Meeting room capacity: 4
Facilities: All rooms air-conditioned, prices include projector and flip chart. Communal break-out area available with self-serve refreshments available. Complimentary Wi-Fi.
Local transport links: Within walking distance of Warren St, Goodge Street, Great Portland St, Euston and St Pancras train and tube stations.
Local shops/facilities: A diverse selection of local eateries and coffee shops a short walk from the centres.
Catering: We can arrange catering to be delivered and served on-site.

Accessibility: Disabled access including toilets available at both centres. Please advise in advance of any specific requirements.
Multi-faith room: A mutli-faith prayer room is available in both London centres.

Room Hire at First Intuition Birmingham
Location: First Intuition Birmingham is conveniently located in Edmund House, in the Colmore Business District of Birmingham City Centre.
Room capacities: 20 – 40
Facilities: All rooms are; air-conditioned, have natural daylight, include a multi-media projector, flip chart, pad and pens, complimentary Wi-Fi, access to our relaxing breakout area with seating for 24, complimentary tea and coffee facilities, a dedicated operations team to assist with your requirements.
Local transport links: The centre is less than 10 minutes’ walk from both Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill train stations, and local bus and tram stops, making the centre a convenient location for all.
Local shops/facilities: There’s a great choice of coffee shops and restaurants in the Colmore Business District, all within a few minutes walk from the centre.
Prices: From £525 excl. VAT per day
Accessibility: Lift and accessible toilet.
Parking: The nearest car park to FI Birmingham is Snow Hill Station Car Park on Livery Street. Disabled Access and Disabled Blue Badge parking bays can be found on Colmore Row. Bicycle racks can be found at Eden Place, just off Edmund Street which is around the corner from FI Birmingham’s front door.
Room Hire at First Intuition Manchester
Location: First Intuition Manchester is based on New York Street, close to Piccadilly Gardens.
Room capacities: Ranging from 5 – 36, including a computer suite for 18 students.
Facilities: All rooms are; air-conditioned, have with natural daylight, include a multi-media projector, complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated operations team to assist with your requirements, and free tea and coffee/refreshments with a student lounge facility.
Local transport links: We are a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Bus Station, and 8 minutes from both Manchester Piccadilly train station and Oxford Road train station.
Local shops/facilities: There is a large range of shops, restaurants, café’s and bars nearby. The centre is within walking distance to Manchester city centre.
Prices: £525.00 excl. VAT per day.
Accessibility: Lift and accessible toilet.
Multi-faith room: A mutli-faith prayer room is available.
Parking: The nearest NCP car parks are; Chorlton Street M1 3LF, or Piccadilly Plaza M1 4AJ.

Room Hire at First Intuition Liverpool
Location: First Intuition Liverpool is located within Cotton House, situated in the heart of the Commercial District. The study centre is just a short walk from both city centre shops and Liverpool waterfront.
Room capacities: 16-22
Facilities: All rooms have natural daylight, a multi-media projector, complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated operations team to assist with your requirements, and complimentary tea and coffee/refreshments within a student lounge facility.
Local transport links: We are less than a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Moorfields station, and 15 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street.
Local shops/facilities: Our central location means the centre is within walking distance to a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Prices: £525.00 inc. VAT per day.
Accessibility: Disabled toilet and two small lifts are available on the ground floor, up to the sixth floor.
Parking: NCP Pall Mall is a short walk away.
