Tanya joined the business in the role as AAT Course Director Norwich and she has over 14 years’ experience in the accountancy training industry.  She is involved in many aspects of the business from client management and running the centre to teaching. The success of our students and the development of their careers is extremely important to her.

Ben worked in practice at Price Bailey LLP before joining First Intuition Cambridge in January 2013. He has several years’ experience in practice and he teaches Financial Accounting , Financial Reporting, Auditing and Law.

Gareth is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been involved in professional accountancy training for nearly 20 years. He has spent the last decade setting up and running accountancy colleges and has enjoyed helping thousands of students start their careers in finance. Gareth has taught many prizewinners and was awarded UK Accountancy Lecturer of the Year in 2011.

Stuart qualified with a local practice firm before he started teaching accountancy students over a decade ago and has twice been nominated as Lecturer of the year. He set up First Intuition in Cambridge in 2009. Stuart teaches Financial Reporting, Auditing, Risk Management and Law.

David has over 20 years’ experience in the accountancy sector having worked in both industry and education. Prior to setting up the Chelmsford First Intuition centre in 2011, David held the role of Managing Director at BPP. He is passionate about delivering high-quality accountancy training to Essex and is proud of the fantastic pass-rates we achieve.

Tim has been one of the most significant figures on the East Anglian training scene for over 30 years. He spent 27 of those years directly responsible for delivering student education and client care in the Eastern region at another training provider before moving into a national role that took him away from the student, employer and colleague relationships that he loves. Tim is excited that his move to First Intuition will allow him to return to the local environment that has always been ‘home’ for him. Tim was President of the East Anglian Society of Chartered Accountants in 2009/10 and continues to take an active role in the society as City Head for Norwich and the locality.

Clare is a highly-experienced Tutor, specialising in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Reporting and Advanced Group Accounting, Clare worked in private wealth practice for 6 years at Saffery Champness before joining BPP in London. Clare is an ICAEW chartered accountant and joined us as a Tutor in 2016, covering a wide range of subjects at all levels, across all qualifications.

Kelley has over 14 years’ experience in the accountancy training industry and is part of the management team that set up First Intuition Chelmsford in 2011. Her role as Director, enables Kelley to be involved in many aspects of the business from client management and running the centre to teaching. Kelley also heads up the Apprenticeship programme for Chelmsford. Kelley loves seeing the success of our students and apprentices in their studies, exams and subsequent careers. She’s also passionate about helping clients to find the right training solutions for their teams and businesses.

Carol qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a medium sized practice in Oxford. She worked as a Financial and Tax Accountant in the railway industry for ten years where she also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. She started teaching accounting in 2009 part time and loved it so much that eventually she had to give up the day job just to teach! Carol teaches Financial Reporting, Taxation and Auditing.
