James joined FI in February 2018 and brings over 13 years of industry experience. He leads a team of experts that are passionate about delivering the best learning experience in Birmingham. When not at Edgbaston (you Bears!), you’ll find him working with clients across the region to create fantastic learning programmes for their employees.

Hannah joined FI in 2019 and brings over a decade of experience of helping Birmingham students pass their exams. Alongside teaching Financial Management, Hannah leads our tutor team and uses her experience to ensure all our courses are enjoyable, engaging and effective.

Michelle joined First Intuition in September 2021 and brings 20 years of Customer Service experience to the team. Michelle manages the operations for the Birmingham Centre and Online programmes.

Corrina joined the FI Online team in Birmingham in January 2020.  She brings over 20 years of Customer Service experience to the Midlands & Online team. Corrina assists and oversees the online ops team with customer queries, order processing and general operational support in the Birmingham Centre.

Eva joined our fast-growing FI Midlands & Online team in 2023. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Eva plays a vital role in supporting our current and prospective students. With a keen eye for detail and a smile, Eva ensures smooth operations in the study centre, creating a conducive learning environment for all.

Erica qualified with PwC in 2005, joined BPP as a tutor later that year and joined First Intuition as a tutor in 2020. Erica teaches accounting, audit and financial reporting.

Josh is an ICAEW qualified tutor who worked at PwC across their tax and consulting practice. Josh joined First Intuition as a tutor in 2022 and teaches tax and financial and business management.

Juliet is an ACCA qualified tutor with vast experience in numerous industries, most recently at universities working the research finance department. Juliet has a passion for education and loves to share her experiences and knowledge with students.  Juliet teaches Financial Reporting and Audit, she enjoys teaching and seeing her students develop through their studies and achieve their end goals.

Holly joined FI with over 7 years teaching experience. Holly likes to bring practical experience to her teaching after working in corporate finance both in practice as well as industry for national retailers such as the Central Cooperative.  Holly is an ACA qualified tutor specialising in case study, strategy and management accounting subjects.

Nadia is an ACCA qualified tutor with over 10 years of experience working across various industries. Nadia has taught a variety of subjects across the various accountancy professional qualifications for over 5 years, UK and Worldwide. Nadia enjoys teaching and sharing the knowledge  she has gained and feels a sense of accomplishment when her students flourish in their chosen field.

Rosie is an ACCA qualified tutor with a background of Forensic Accounting as well as industry experience across various sectors and private accountancy tuition. Rosie enjoys bringing the textbook to life by sharing her experiences and knowledge throughout her delivery. Rosie is truly passionate about teaching and loves to see students thrive and achieve their goals.

Kim joined First Intuition in 2018 with over 12 years of experience working in the education sector. Kim works in the apprenticeship team focusing on our quality and compliance. Kim ensures that FI is always offering the best possible provision and continually improving on our delivery.

Dan joined FI in 2020 and leads our client engagement with our national Public Sector relationships. Dan has over a decade of industry experience within both Institutes and Training Providers so is well placed to work with our clients to create great programmes for their employees.

Charlotte joined FI in October 2019. Having worked in the industry for a number of years, at BPP, Moore Stephens then BDO. Charlotte has gained a wealth of experience in accountancy training and apprenticeships. She joins FI as a Client Relationship Manager and supports clients and students through their training.

Daniela’s coaching career started in 2019 supporting learners with Business Admin, Team Leader and Team Manager apprenticeships and moved to apprenticeships in the financial sector. With a passion for this career and a combination of experience with people management, business knowledge and coaching skills has allowed Daniela to make a big difference to learners.

Sam joined First Intuition in September 2022 with 20 years experience in the accountancy industry, working for large corporations and also SME’s. Having had the opportunity to previously mentor junior colleagues and helping them towards their goals, Sam decided to become a skills & development coach to help others achieve their qualifications.

Jo has extensive experience working in the financial education and with apprenticeships. With experience working in partnership with Financial Services companies, Public and Third sector organisations. Jo currently supports our level 3, 4 & 7 Public Sector students, ensuring high quality coaching and development of teams and learners; setting action plans to enhance the learning journey.

Belinda joined First Intuition in June 2023, having moved into the Further Education sector in 2021 to pursue a passion to work with people and make a difference as a skills coach. Belinda brings with her 14 years prior experience in the Financial Industry, including 2 years completing an apprenticeship herself.

Jodie has worked within the Education and Training Sector Industry for over 20 years as a Coach/Tutor within Business Management, Team Leading and Customer Service. Jodie’s passion is to see students achieve their full potential and celebrate their achievements.

Gurdeep started her coaching journey in 2019 and has delivered various levels of apprenticeships including Health and Social Care. Gurdeep loves seeing people succeed and achieving their potential.

Paul joined in March 2023 and has worked in apprenticeships since 2015, enjoying many years working in the financial sector. Paul loves to see people develop, learn and achieve their qualifications and grow their careers.

Ria is an experienced skills coach on the accounts Level 7 programme. Ria previously worked in the accounting industry as a Financial Systems Manager for Grant Thornton, leading a small team of analysts. Ria worked with the Business School on the new apprenticeship intake and inductions.
