James joined FI in February 2018 and brings over 13 years of industry experience. He leads a team of experts that are passionate about delivering the best learning experience in Birmingham. When not at Edgbaston (you Bears!), you’ll find him working with clients across the region to create fantastic learning programmes for their employees.

Erica qualified with PwC in 2005, joined BPP as a tutor later that year and joined First Intuition as a tutor in 2020. Erica teaches accounting, audit and financial reporting.

Michelle joined First Intuition in September 2021 and brings 20 years of Customer Service experience to the team. Michelle manages the operations for the Birmingham Centre and Online programmes.

Jaspreet joined First Intuition in April 2024 as a Client Services & Operations Administrator. She brings extensive experience from her prior roles in education and recruitment administration. Jaspreet is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency, leveraging her skills to support clients and enhance team performance

Hannah joined FI in 2019 and brings over a decade of experience of helping Birmingham students pass their exams. Alongside teaching Financial Management, Hannah leads our tutor team and uses her experience to ensure all our courses are enjoyable, engaging and effective.

Eva joined our fast-growing FI Midlands & Online team in 2023. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Eva plays a vital role in supporting our current and prospective students. With a keen eye for detail and a smile, Eva ensures smooth operations in the study centre, creating a conducive learning environment for all.

Emily joined the FI Online team in 2024. She brings many years in customer service experience through her retail journey and the education sector. Emily understands how vital support is throughout a student’s education, and always happy to help with enquiries and bookings alike. 

Navdeep joined First Intuition in December 2024, bringing 30 years of local government experience.  She excels at providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations. As an Online Scheduling Assistant and Course Advisor, she helps learners and streamlines the scheduling processes.

James is an ACCA qualified tutor who has worked in industry across the utilities and housebuilding sectors. James joined FI in 2023 and teaches across case study, strategy and management accounting subjects, utilising his real-work experience to make courses engaging and informative.

Josh is an ICAEW qualified tutor who worked at PwC across their tax and consulting practice. Josh joined First Intuition as a tutor in 2022 and teaches tax and financial and business management.

Julia is an ICAEW qualified accountant with over 20 years teaching experience. Previously Julia has worked for both large and small accounting practices and at the head office of a large retailer.

Nadia is an ACCA qualified tutor with over 10 years of experience working across various industries. Nadia has taught a variety of subjects across the various accountancy professional qualifications for over 5 years, UK and Worldwide. Nadia enjoys teaching and sharing the knowledge  she has gained and feels a sense of accomplishment when her students flourish in their chosen field.

Vanessa is an ICAEW qualified tutor who has worked in various finance roles before relocating to France and supporting University students for their english language business exams.  Vanessa returned to the UK in 2023 and joined FI at the start of 2024. Vanessa uses her varied experience to makes courses interesting and engaging to support students to achieve their goals.

Kim joined First Intuition in 2018 with over 12 years of experience working in the education sector. Kim works in the apprenticeship team focusing on our quality and compliance. Kim ensures that FI is always offering the best possible provision and continually improving on our delivery.

Charlotte joined FI in October 2019. Having worked in the industry for a number of years, at BPP, Moore Stephens then BDO. Charlotte has gained a wealth of experience in accountancy training and apprenticeships. She joins FI as a Client Relationship Manager and supports clients and students through their training.

Daniela’s coaching career started in 2019 supporting learners with Business Admin, Team Leader and Team Manager apprenticeships and moved to apprenticeships in the financial sector. With a passion for this career and a combination of experience with people management, business knowledge and coaching skills has allowed Daniela to make a big difference to learners.

Belinda joined First Intuition in June 2023, having moved into the Further Education sector in 2021 to pursue a passion to work with people and make a difference as a skills coach. Belinda brings with her 14 years prior experience in the Financial Industry, including 2 years completing an apprenticeship herself.

Jodie has worked within the Education and Training Sector Industry for over 20 years as a Coach/Tutor within Business Management, Team Leading and Customer Service. Jodie’s passion is to see students achieve their full potential and celebrate their achievements.

Paul joined in March 2023 and has worked in apprenticeships since 2015, enjoying many years working in the financial sector. Paul loves to see people develop, learn and achieve their qualifications and grow their careers.

Ria is an experienced skills coach on the accounts Level 7 programme. Ria previously worked in the accounting industry as a Financial Systems Manager for Grant Thornton, leading a small team of analysts. Ria worked with the Business School on the new apprenticeship intake and inductions.
