As we emerge from the pandemic, FI are revisiting this with another employer survey. The aim of the survey is to draw comparisons with the data from our 2020 survey and gain insight into how businesses have adapted their strategy as a result of the pandemic. Below is a link to our 2022 survey ‘Two Years of Turbulence – how recruitment, development and retention has adapted’ We are asking employers around the country to complete the survey by 1st April.
Who is the Employer Survey aimed at?
The survey is aimed at anyone involved in Finance training within your business. They might be training managers, finance managers and more generally individuals with an interest in training or early careers finance programmes. Your name and organisation will remain anonymous and will not be shared outside of First Intuition. The survey should take no more than 8 minutes to complete.

In the report, we will be sharing back with you the key trends and insights found in the data helping you to benchmark your own activity in these areas.
