Returns & cancellations

We hope that you are delighted with your course. If, however, you wish to cancel your booking for any reason please note the following terms.

Cancellation or deferral of an FI Classroom or Online Live course

We require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the course start date for cancellation. You will be entitled to a refund of all tuition fees invoiced, or the amount paid will be held as a credit on your account to be offset against the value of any future course booking, less an administration fee of £100. Please note you may be asked to return any study material in a re-saleable condition.

Under no circumstances will a refund be given if less than 14 days notice is given, or if the course has already started.

For ICAEW E-books a refund is not possible, as the books cannot be removed from your online bookshelf. However, this cost can be deducted from the price of any future booking with an FI study centre for the same subject with proof of prior purchase and proof of course cancellation. The E-books are automatically updated on your digital bookshelf and they will remain relevant and up to date at all times.

If a customer wishes to defer their course to a later exam sitting, they must make the request prior to the course start date. We will allow up-to two deferrals per course, subject to course availability. Any new study materials required will be charged at full retail price.

Course orders which have been deferred are not eligible for refund.

Cancellation of FI Online course

If you wish to cancel your FI Online course you may do so at any time within 14 days of receipt of your study material. You will be entitled to a refund of all tuition fees invoiced, or the amount paid will be held as a credit on your account to be offset against the value of any future course booking, less an administration fee of £100. We regret that no refunds can be given if study materials have been used or if online content has been downloaded.

What if you want to leave the ACCA/CIMA Unlimited programme early?

If for any reason you are not happy with the Unlimited package and wish to leave the programme before completing all papers within your package, within the agreed duration of your programme, we will charge the full retail price of the course(s) you have attended or accessed via the FI learn platform. If there is any balance remaining from the amount paid, we will refund this to you. Any material for units which have already been dispatched must be returned in a re-saleable condition within the 14 days of your cancellation for a full refund to be made. If any materials cannot be returned in a re-saleable condition these will be charged at full retail price. A £100 cancellation administration fee will also be applied to any cancellations of Unlimited packages. If the agreed duration for the programme has expired, a refund cannot be issued.
