ACCA Skills Level and Professional Level modules
Pass Guarantee is available to any customer that attends a tuition and revision course towards an exam sitting, as long as they meet the criteria below.
Students who:
– attend all sessions of a classroom, virtual classroom or FI Online Live tuition and revision course for the same exam sitting;
– attempt no more than 3 papers in any one sitting;
– submit the course and mock exams by the due date (and under exam conditions if directed); and
– achieve at least 40% in the course exam, mock exam and the real exam
may attend the next equivalent classroom, virtual classroom or FI Online Live course (matching the original study method) and obtain access to our FI Online course free of charge.

ACCA Knowledge level modules
Students who:
– attend all classroom, virtual classroom or FI Online Live sessions;
– achieve at least 40% in their first online mock exam attempt; and
– attempt the real exam within 6 months of the end of the course
may attend the next equivalent classroom, virtual classroom or FI Online Live course (matching the original study method) and obtain access to our FI Online course free of charge.
Don’t forget
All classroom and online ACCA students receive access to FI Online for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment. This is the equivalent of 2 exam sittings and this access may be extended under certain circumstances.
CIMA Certificate papers
Students who:
– attend all classroom, FI Online or FI Onlive Live sessions;
– achieve at least 50% in their first online mock exam attempt; and
– attempt the real exam within 6 months of the end of the course
may attend the next equivalent classroom, FI Online or FI Online Live course (matching the original study method) and obtain access to our FI Online course free of charge.

CIMA Core Subjects (E1, F1, P1, E2, F2, P2, E3, F3, P3)
Students who:
– attend all classroom, FI Online or FI Online Live sessions;
– achieve at least 65% in their first online mock exam attempt; and
– attempt the real exam within 6 months of the end of the course
may attend the next equivalent classroom, FI Online or FI Online Live course (matching the original study method) and obtain access to our FI Online course free of charge.

Don’t forget
All classroom and online CIMA core students receive access to FI Online for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment. Excludes CIMA Case Study courses.
CIMA Case Study
Students who:
– attend all classroom, FI Online or FI Online Live sessions;
– achieve at least 50% in the first attempt of each online mock exam (three in total);
– attempt the 3 mock exams before the deadlines set by the tutor; and
– attempt the real exam equivalent to the course attended and score at least 50% may attend the next equivalent classroom, FI Online or FI Online Live online course free of charge.

AAT FI Online and FI Online Live
We are very confident that our approach works. That’s why, if you don’t pass your exam first time, we will support you until you do pass!
Students who:
– view the FI Online pre-recorded lectures via MyFI.
– attempt all course assignments.
– achieve at least 60% in their third mock assessment.
– attempt the real exam within 2 months of submitting their final mock assessment.
Will obtain access to our FI Online course and tutor support for as long as they need to pass the assessment free of charge.
If you have no contact with your tutor and/or are inactive with your online resources for a period of 3 months (without prior notice) then your claim will be invalid.
ICAEW Courses
Pass Guarantee is not applicable to ICAEW courses.
Please note the following additional terms applicable to any claim:
Any new or additional study materials that might be required will be charged at retail price.
Mock exams may be charged separately.
Customers will be asked for proof of their real exam results when making a claim.
The retake scheme is not transferable between customers.
The retake scheme is not transferable between subjects.
No cash alternative or refund will be given in the event that a customer is unable to attend an equivalent course for any reason.
