ABOUT THE TEAM LEADER (LEVEL 3)

Leadership training is fundamental to personal development and business growth. Aspiring new managers, supervisors and team leaders can develop their skills through the programme to effectively lead, collaborate with others and successfully solve problems.

Our comprehensive programme has been designed to bring in the best practice, to not only give learners the qualifications but to build and practise the skills to become an effective Team leader / Supervisor across industries. A wealth of online resources and high-impact workshops provides opportunity to grow quickly and to implement practise to drive productivity for your business.

For those who are supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources.

Successful learners will be awarded a CMI Level 3 Diploma and automatically gain Foundation Chartered Manager status, which is a key step towards achieving full Chartered Manager accreditation, an internationally recognised qualification.

Who is the Level 3 Team Leader Programme for?

The level 3 is aimed at new or aspiring team leaders and managers looking to gain knowledge and skills to prepare themselves for the management journey. Having management experience is not a necessity for the Level 3 programme, however you should look to be able to draw upon work based experience as part of the programme.

This qualification is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, assistant managers and analysts.

What will the Programme Cover?

Upon completing the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership, you will automatically be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager status. This can be studied as a qualification alone or as part of the Level 3 apprenticeship programme.

The programme is completed through a variety of assessments along a 12-14-month journey. This will cover 8 modules which we have carefully selected to benefit a new/aspiring manager.

The Level 3 modules include:

  • Managing a Team to Achieve results
  • Managing Budgets and Resources
  • Principles of Management and Leadership
  • Contributing to the Delivery of a Project

As part of the programme, you will also attend our unique skills modules tailored towards your studies. These will bring your learning to life, these include management-based workshops, tasks and reflections. There will be 8 of these across the programme included within your programme:
