Finding high-quality candidates in the recruitment process is a significant problem for many employers. This is particularly the case when recruiting young adults entering the workplace for the first time.
This report is designed to inform employers about what young adults want and need when looking for, choosing, and staying in a role. First Intuition hope this will help bridge the gap between understanding what employers and young adults look for in the recruitment and retention process to help more young people into the workplace and fill employers’ vacancies.
