First Intuition (FI) was recognised for delivering a standout apprenticeship programme in professional services, combining strong academic outcomes with a clear focus on developing confident, work-ready professionals.

What sets FI apart is its ability to go beyond exam success. Apprentices gain not only technical knowledge across key accountancy qualifications, but also the professional skills needed to thrive in the workplace, from communication and teamwork to decision-making and confidence.
