Feefo Gold Service award 2026Reaching an eleventh year of Feefo Gold Trusted Service highlights the strength of FI’s service culture. This award reflects a long-term commitment to supporting students with high-quality teaching, accessible support, and a learning experience that continues to evolve. Maintaining this standard over more than a decade requires listening closely to feedback, responding to change, and ensuring that learner needs remain central to every decision we make.

What is the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award and how is it earned?

The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is an independent mark of excellence, awarded to businesses that receive outstanding feedback from verified customers. Reviews are collected through the Feefo platform, ensuring authenticity and transparency. To achieve Gold status, organisations must receive at least 50 verified reviews during 2025 and maintain an overall Feefo service rating of 4.5 or higher.
