How experienced are your tutors? - At FI Maidstone our tutors have an average of 7 years experience.

What courses will be taught by freelancers? - At FI Maidstone our tutor team are employees. The majority are also owners of the business with a vested interest in its success - which will be down to excellent pass rates, subsequent recommendation and providing full out of hours study support.

Will you offer my students financial incentives or gifts so that they choose you as their training provider even though it is actually their Company paying for the Course? – At FI Maidstone we pride ourselves on being both professional and ethical. When an employer is paying, even though they may not be the decision maker, we would ensure that any financial benefit for choosing us would be passed onto it as the fee payer, for example in the form of a discount. As opposed to the student in the form of a Red Letter Day voucher or an i-Pad for example.  

Are some of your listed tutors on secondment from another centre? - At FI Maidstone our core tutor team is Maidstone based and will still be there in 12 months time. For us it is about building long term relationships with our students (and clients).

How many times has that tutor taught this paper/qualification before? - At FI Maidstone the vast majority of our tutors have taught the subject matter of their papers at least once before and have experience across all qualifications taught.

Can you guarantee me tutor continuity? - At FI Maidstone we have an experienced tutor team covering all the required specialisms, that is dedicated to teaching courses just in Maidstone. So we are able to give you the same tutor on both your taught and revision course.

Who will be my point of contact? - At FI Maidstone this will either be Ian Fidock for any client related matters or Chris Ellis for administration issues. It will not be a business development manager who is far removed from the product, the student and the classroom nor a faceless call centre operative.

Will the processing of my booking & credit control be done by a service centre? - At FI Maidstone all customer service activities are done locally. We use an effective and efficient system and as a result it also means a hassle free experience for the client.

Will you ever cancel a course with low numbers? - At FI Maidstone we would run a course even if only one person had paid to be on it.

Are you 100% committed to Accountancy and Tax training? - At FI Maidstone we are not distracted by other professional qualifications such as Law or degree programmes. We are focussed on our strengths - traditional accountancy qualifications.
