What materials/support do I get?  On our classroom courses, we provide exam focussed course notes written by a tutor who is a subject expert.  These notes are supported by a study text and revision kit, passcards and course exams.  These exams are marked by the course tutor, and personal feedback provided to the student.  You also have access to online recorded lectures and full out of hours study support from your tutor.

When can I take my Computer Based Exams? - These are available on demand.  We will always do our utmost to ensure you have a time that is convenient for you.

How can I contact my tutor? - You will get an e-mail address AND a mobile phone number. As they are Bristol based you can also arrange to meet them at the centre for one-to-one help. We promote an Open Door policy.

Is it really local customer service? - Yes, all enquiries, course and CBE bookings, order processing, credit control, facilities management etc. are dealt with by Jo Partridge, our local Client Service Manager - you will be given her direct line number.  You will not be dealt with by a remote call centre, far removed from local issues.

With a 'small' team how can you teach so many courses? - We have 5 full-time tutors with over 70 years of cumulative teaching experience.  We have all successfully taught the papers many times before. We have no other major responsibilities such as material production; we are locally based, and are dedicated to our local client and student needs 100% of the time.

What if a tutor is ill? - Historically this was not an issue and now as owners of the business we are even more committed to our students.  We know the impact such disruption has on students and clients alike. If a rare situation did arise we would be able to react quickly and rearrange the course as we are operating at a local level.

What experience do the tutors have? - We have all worked previously for other local training provider. Our pass rates were consistently excellent as was the student feedback on the courses. Many of you already know us having been taught by us and passed exams with us. Some of you will have managers or colleagues who have trained with us - please ask them what they think.

Is there any client that dictates the courses you run? - No. Our course offering has been tailored, based on our vast local experience, to be the best for every student - one that gets them successfully through the exam as painlessly as possible.

Will you honour the Pass Assurance I have from another provider? - Yes.

How can you offer such fantastic value for money? - We do not have corporate overheads to support, we need to be competitive as a new entrant in the marketplace and seek realistic returns. Local businesses need to support each other.
