What is Feefo?
Feefo collects ratings and reviews from verified First Intuition customers, to help us maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. Feefo invites customers to leave their feedback, which gives us valuable insights from what you have to say.
How does it work?
After you finish a course with First Intuition London, you will receive an email from Feefo, asking you to provide your feedback. You can leave a rating out of 5, along with your comments about the course and service provided. Your review will then be displayed publicly on our website and on our Feefo page.
What is the Trusted Service Award?
Feefo rewards businesses that use Feefo to collect ratings and reviews. If a business meets the high standards set, they are accredited with either the ‘Trusted Service’ or ‘Gold Trusted Service’ award each year in recognition of outstanding service.
What are the winning criteria?
To achieve the coveted Gold Trusted Service 2017 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2016 and 31st December 2016, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.
