CIMA Resits

First Intuition holds CIMA resit exams at its London, Bristol, Cambridge and Reading study centres. Resit exam sessions take place in March and September and are only open to students who have previously attempted the exams, as follows:

• Written resit exams for all Operational and Management level papers 
• Computer based resit exams for Strategic level papers P3, E3 and F3

The exams take place at selected approved CIMA tuition providers, like First Intuition.

The Strategic resits are based on the same pre-seen case study as the previous exam sitting (ie Feb/Mar resit uses same pre-seen case as for the Nov exam). You have the use of a Word and Excel file to type your answers directly into the PC. Operational and Management level resits are regular written exams.

Exam entry fees for the resit exams in 2013 are: £138 for Operational and Management level subjects and £152 for Strategic level subjects. Please note these fees are payable directly to CIMA via your "My CIMA" account.

We will be taking resit exam and course bookings from 11 July - simply call your chosen study centre or book online (select resit exam under course type for exam only bookings).

Please note that exam places are limited and priority is given to students booking a resit course with us. Some centres charge an administration fee for exam-only bookings. This administration fee is in addition to CIMA's examination entry fee.

Entry for the resit examinations is co-ordinated by your tuition provider where the resit exams are held. If you wish to enter the resit exams at First Intuition please call your chosen study centre directly. The process for the September resits is as follows:

• Book your resit exam and pay any fees due to your chosen study centre by 19 July
• CIMA will email you confirmation of your exam entry by 22 July
• Log into your "My CIMA" account to pay the examination entry fee by 9 August
• You will receive a further email from CIMA nearer to the exam date confirming your candidate number and time of your examination.

If you have not received an email from CIMA by 22 July confirming your exam entry, or if your email confirmation is incorrect in any way please call us immediately. First Intuition accepts no responsibility for late or incorrect exam entries notified to us after 22 July.
