ACCA Oxford Brookes Degree

ACCA students may obtain a degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. To be eligible you must:

  • Check your My ACCA account and ensure you are opted in to the degree scheme
  • Complete the Fundamentals level (papers F1 to F9). Please note you must sit and pass papers F7, F8 and F9.
  • Complete the ACCA professional ethics module
  • Complete and pass the Oxford Brookes Research and Analysis Project (RAP) - see below.

The Research and Analysis Project

There are 2 components:

  • The research project (RP) - 6,500 word project covering one of the ACCA's 20 recommended topics.
  • The skills and learning statement (SLS) - 2,000 words of self-reflection regarding completion of the project.

The research and analysis project must be reviewed and signed off by a mentor prior to submission to Oxford Brookes University for assessment. You must also give a presentation on your project to your mentor.
